Real-Time Delivery Monitoring and Tracking System

This is a web-based application for real-time monitoring delivery staff in various ways, including determining their delivery schedule, current location, annotations, work efficiency, report generation etc. It was created using Laravel as a framework and HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, AngularJS and AJAX as languages. Google maps were used with several customized features. It was a team project. The delivery staff and managers of DataNext Corporation (Okinawa, Japan) are using this application and it is working pretty good.

These screenshots show the main page of the web-page application. The form opened on the right-most side of the "Location Register" image is for delivery-staff to register their delivery location. The marker icons on the map shows locations of different categories registered by delivery staff. The circle is the boundry showing the marker icons in a specific area which can be changed accordingly. Routing tab in the navigation bar shows the form as shown at the right-most side of "Routing" image. Origin and destination can be selected from map as well as by filling the form. Users can also register their reports at specific locations. Locations and reports can be searched based on name, Id, code or between time duration. Routes can be saved as well as printed for later use.For more information please have a look at the video presentation.

"Web Development is cheaper than therapy "

My name is Zahra and welcome to my portfolio. I am a Computer Science graduate. I took courses in web design during my undergraduate but most of the things I have learnt are self-taught and my previous work as a web developer during my stay in Japan. Nowadays, I am in search of a challenging web development position. In my spare time, I drink tea, take photographs, eat Haagen-Dazs and try different restaurants.
